VRS Arrival and Departure Procedures

Normal check in hours are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date, guest must notify VRS if expected to arrive before or after this check in period. Early check in is subject to availability and additional fees may apply. Normal check out time is 11:00 AM on the scheduled departure date. Late check out is subject to availability and may be subject to an additional fee. Luggage storage is limited and subject to availability at our properties, if this service is needed guest must notify VRS 24 hours prior to arrival so proper accommodations can be made. Please note all of our properties are in residential buildings and loitering in the lobby is prohibited. Please contact a member of our staff prior to your anticipated arrival.


VRS Cancellation Policy

All reservations are fully refundable up until 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If reservation is canceled within 15 days of your scheduled arrival date, guest will be charged for the first night stay of the reservation. If reserved through an OTA, the OTA’s cancellation policy will be in effect.


VRS Liability Policy

VRS will not be responsible for any loss of personal items or damage to possessions. VRS will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur to guest or non paying guest during your stay. VRS will not be responsible for any inconveniences that may occur during your stay due to natural causes, TV/internet service outages, utility outages, property maintenance, and construction. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused or special cleaning required to property. Any costs incurred will be charged to the credit card on file. Guests must notify VRS within 24 hours of any items left behind. If we are able to locate the items, guests will be held responsible for the cost or shipping back any items left behind.


VRS Rules and Regulations

For safety reasons we ask our guests not to unplug or move any electronics or furniture from their original placement. We have plenty of unused outlets that should be utilized if needed. Guest will be charged $100 per lost key, access card, and/or electronic key FOB. All of our properties have strictly enforced no-smoking policies that apply to all apartments, balconies, and common areas. Any guest that violates this property will be charged a minimum of $500 to compensate for replacement due to damages and cleaning services of equipment and furniture. Pets are not allowed inside any of our apartments or common areas at any time. Any guest that violates this policy will be charged $250 to compensate for cleaning services and may be asked to leave the property without a refund. VRS has a strict no parties policy in all of our apartments and common areas. If we receive any complaints, such as noise, or notice any damage as a result of a party the guest will be fined $1,000 and any charges for costs incurred to fix damages caused by the party.


VRS Relocation Policy

VRS may relocate or upgrade guest to nearest available unit/property or one of our partner’s units/property if for any reason the original apartment becomes unavailable. If relocation is needed guest will receive accommodations of equal or greater value than original reservation. Reasons for relocation can range from maintenance issues, overbookings, change in partnerships, and lease expiration. If guest does not accept to be relocated and we are unable to accommodate at original location, VRS will provide a full refund to guest.


VRS Service Policy

All VRS properties will be fully serviced prior to guest arrival and after the guest departs. Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment throughout their stay. This includes cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and trash removal. Housekeeping and laundry services are available during your stay for an additional fee and are subject to availability.


VRS Payment Policy

All guests are obligated to pay in accordance OTA (Expedia or or VRS policies. This includes applicable room charges (and taxes required by law) and all add on services (transportation, food and beverage usage, housekeeping, etc…). VRS will use credit card on file for all charges unless otherwise instructed by guest. Guest may be asked to provide credit card at check in depending on guest reservation method.


VRS Delivery Policy

Guests should not have any mail or packages sent directly to any apartments. If guest requires something delivered please contact us so we can make necessary arrangements to have the delivery sent to our local office. VRS will not be responsible for any delivery or its contents if lost or misplaced.


VRS Inquiry Policy

All guest inquiries should be communicated directly to VRS and not to any of the property staff. VRS is responsible for all guest needs.
